Assistant Creative Producer

Our creative team is always busy with various production and post-production projects, and we are now hiring a talented and driven student assistant to help us out.

Frame & Work is a small, creative agency, specialized in creative strategy, brand development, and creative production for both Danish and international clients.

We’re currently looking for someone ready to hone their skills within several fields of creative production and filmmaking (short format, documentary, advertising), and not least post-production.

About the role

First and foremost, you are fluent in Danish and English and have skills and interests in one or more of the following post-production disciplines:

  • Logging and preparation of recorded raw material

  • Editing shortform films

  • Editing content pool material.

Secondly, you also have some prior experience with, or you’re willing to learn more about the following disciplines:

  • Audio design and mastering

  • Color correction and grading

  • Compositing and animation.

Third, you will be assisting us with on-location film and content production in Denmark (and sometimes abroad), including:

  • Still photography

  • Film photography

  • Audio recording

  • General production assistance.

You might be studying at a relevant school (e.g. KEA, Multimedia Design, DMJX or similar). However, your practical skills, personality, and energy matter far more to us.

We’re looking for someone who can put in 10-15 hours a week on average. We offer a competitive hourly rate, paid lunch, pension plan, and health insurance. Your workplace is our newly designed studio in Copenhagen NV.

We use DaVinci Resolve for film production, and certain animations and compositing are done in Adobe After Effects.

However, any experience with video editing software is adequate, as we’ll bring you up to speed in our software suite. We work in a Mac environment and will provide you with relevant equipment and software.
